1. Scope & Applicability
This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased from HPN Kart via our website. By placing an order you agree to this policy.

2. Return Window

  • Unopened & Sealed Products: You may request a return within 7 calendar days from date of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

  • Defective / Damaged on Arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate and—if approved—offer replacement or refund.

  • Opened / Used Consumables (Supplements/Herbal Products): For safety and hygiene, opened or used consumables (including Shilajit, Swarna Bhasma, capsules, powders) are not eligible for return or refund except where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email hpnkart@gmail.com with your order number, name, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will evaluate and provide return authorization and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defect or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For buyer’s remorse / change of mind, return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Inspection & Processing
Returned items are inspected on receipt. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Replacement shipments will be arranged per availability.

6. Refund Amounts
Refunds exclude shipping charges unless return is due to our error. Partial refunds may apply if product or packaging is damaged beyond what was reported. Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of order placement if the item has not been dispatched. After dispatch, standard return policy applies.

  • To cancel, contact hpnkart@gmail.com with order details immediately.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used consumables (unless defective on arrival)

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage/handling by customer

  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page (if any)

9. Refund Disputes
